Christmas & New Year opening Hours

We are deeply grateful for the privilege of caring for individuals and families in our community. This season is a wonderful reminder of the unity, trust, and warmth that make Mount Colah such a special place, and we truly appreciate being part of your health journey. Thank you for allowing us to serve you. We love our community and feel honoured to support your wellbeing year-round.

As the festive season approaches, we want to keep you informed about our opening hours over Christmas and New Year. This time of year can get busy quickly, so we encourage all patients to renew prescriptions and organise medication supplies before the week of Christmas. Doing this early helps avoid last-minute stress and ensures you have everything you need throughout the holiday period.

Please take note of our holiday hours:

• Wednesday 24 December: Open until 1pm

• Thursday 25 December: Closed

• Friday 26 December: Closed

• Saturday 27 December: Closed

• Monday 29 & Tuesday 30 December: Open as usual

• Wednesday 31 December: Open until 1pm

• Thursday 1 January: Closed

• Friday 2 January: Hours resume as normal

Douglass Hanley Moir Pathology will be closed 24th December 2025 - 9th January 2026. They will be operating as usual outside these dates.

If you need medical attention outside our regular business hours, including on public holidays, please call the Home Doctor Service on 13 7425 (13SICK). They will provide us with details of any after-hours care to help keep your medical records up to date. You can also access phone health advice by calling Healthdirect on 1800 022 222.
